Hyrel 3D is a U.S.-based manufacturer of modular, high-performance 3D printers and tool heads. Their printers are engineered to support multi-material printing with plug-and-play modularity, robust construction, and unmatched versatility in material compatibility.

All Hyrel machine purchases require a free 1-hour remote training session before ordering. This ensures you understand how to safely and effectively use the system with your intended materials and tool heads.

Training is conducted via Zoom with Davo (Hyrel Support) and covers:

• Hardware and software basics

• Proper setup and operation

• Maintenance and best practices

• Open Q&A for specific applications

We ship Hyrel products across the continental United States and select international destinations. Please review the details below:

Processing & Lead Time

Hyrel machines are typically built to order. While most orders ship within 3 weeks, certain configurations or modular print heads may require additional time. We will contact you directly if your order has extended lead times.

• Handling Time: 1–2 business days after assembly completion

• Order Cutoff: 2:00 PM MST (orders processed same day if ready to ship)

• Estimated Delivery (Domestic): 2–7 business days after shipment

Shipping Destinations

• Domestic: We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

• Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: Shipping is available but may take longer and incur additional charges

• International: Available on request. Buyers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance

Note: We do not ship to countries currently under U.S. sanctions or embargo.

INCO Terms – EX WORKS

For international orders, ownership and responsibility transfer at our facility. Buyers are responsible for all import/export duties, taxes (e.g., VAT, GST), and customs clearance.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. If you have a preferred carrier with an active account, we’re happy to accommodate your request where possible.

Tracking & Insurance

• Tracking: All shipments include tracking information emailed once shipped

• Insurance: Automatically included for all domestic U.S. shipments

• Signature on Delivery: Optional, but strongly recommended. We are not liable for lost packages if signature delivery is declined

• Core Coverage (1 Year):
  All mechanical components and core electronics are covered under a 1-year warranty.

• Exclusions:

  • Installing or flashing third-party firmware will void all warranty coverage.

  • Tampering with core electronics also voids the warranty.

  • Operating the printer in dirty or abrasive environments (e.g., saw mills, sandblasting areas) will void the warranty.

• Heaters, Hot Ends & Heated Beds (90 Days):
  Covered for 90 days. If a clear manufacturing defect is identified, repairs will be provided at no charge.

• Lasers (90 Days):
  Covered for 90 days from the original shipment date.

• Extended Warranties:
  Available upon request — contact us for options.

• Depot Repair Policy:
  All warranty repairs are handled through depot repair. Customers are responsible only for shipping costs to and from the service center.

• Maintenance Requirements:
  Warranty coverage requires that the equipment is:

  • Properly cleaned and maintained

  • Operated within intended environmental parameters (e.g., appropriate temperature, humidity, static control, and cleanliness)

We accept returns on Hyrel products within 30 days of shipment. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation included.

Return Shipping

We provide a free downloadable return shipping label for all eligible Hyrel returns, including change-of-mind cases.

Restocking Fee

Returns for Hyrel products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser using the original payment method. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

If a Hyrel unit is returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition, a partial refund may be issued.
