The System 30M, is designed for a wide range of laboratory needs. Designed for most thermoplastics, it is also able to print liquids, gels, and clays from ambient, cooled, or heated temperatures, with or without UV curing. The 30M has a 34x16" base and sits on any flat surface.

All Hyrel machine purchases require a free 1-hour remote training session before ordering. This ensures you understand how to safely and effectively use the system with your intended materials and tool heads.

Lead time is typically three weeks, but if there is a special configuration or head, it may be longer.

Domestic Shipping:
We ship to all 48 continental U.S. states and Washington, D.C. -
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories:
These are treated as international shipments for shipping purposes. -
International Shipping:
Any shipment outside the 48 U.S. states and D.C. is considered international. -
INCO Terms - EX WORKS:
For international orders, ownership transfers at our facility. Buyers are responsible for all import/export duties, taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, HST), and customs clearance. -
Shipping Insurance:
Automatically included on all domestic U.S. shipments. -
Carriers We Use:
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. If you have a preferred carrier and active account, we’re happy to accommodate it upon request. -
Restricted Destinations:

Import Compliance:

Signature on Delivery:
We highly recommend requesting signature-required delivery. While optional, we are not responsible for lost packages if this is declined.

All mechanical components and core electronics are covered under a 1-year warranty. -

Installing or flashing third-party firmware will void all warranty coverage.

Tampering with core electronics also voids the warranty.

Operating the printer in dirty or abrasive environments (e.g., saw mills, sandblasting areas) will void the warranty.

Heaters, Hot Ends & Heated Beds (90 Days):
Covered for 90 days. If a clear manufacturing defect is identified, repairs will be provided at no charge. -
Lasers (90 Days):
Covered for 90 days from the original shipment date. -
Extended Warranties:
Available upon request — contact us for options. -
Depot Repair Policy:
All warranty repairs are handled through depot repair. Customers are responsible only for shipping costs to and from the service center. -

Condition Requirement:
Returned printers must be in excellent condition with all parts intact and functioning. -
Restocking Fee:
Up to 75% of the purchase price may be refunded. Refunds may be reduced based on the condition of the returned unit. -
Damage Review:
Any damage to the unit will be reviewed and may lower the refund amount. -
Original Purchaser Only:
Refunds will only be issued to the original customer, using the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, check). -
