Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST are typically processed the same day.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Laser Machines: Delivered within 2–7 business days after order placement

• Accessories: Most accessories are delivered within 2–7 business days after order placement

• CO₂ Laser Machines:

  • 60W, 80W, 100W, 130W, 150W: 2-year warranty.

  • 40W: 1-year warranty.

• Fiber Laser Machines: 2-year warranty.

• Laser Tubes:

  • 40W & 60W: 6-month warranty.

  • 80W, 100W, 130W, 150W: 1-year warranty.

• Power Supplies & Lenses:

  • 80W, 100W, 130W, 150W CO₂ Machines: 2-year warranty.

  • 40W & 60W CO₂ Machines: 1-year warranty.

Please note that the warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sources, or damages resulting from modifications, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

This applies to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete. Returns must include all original accessories and documentation. Units showing signs of heavy use or modification may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

1. Photograph the product and packaging

   • Take clear photos of all sides of the outer packaging, the complete machine, and any visible damage or issues.

2. Contact us at support@mymachineworld.com

   • Include your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.

3. Retain all packaging until the return or exchange process is complete.

4. Print and use the prepaid return label we provide via email.

Exchanges

We will replace Monport products if they arrive defective or significantly damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@mymachineworld.com with details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply depending on product condition.
